Collection: Milled Coins
Milled Coinage was introduced in the year 1560, under the reign of Elizabeth I. These machines produced coins that had reeded edges preventing the coins from being clipped. The hundreds of years spanning the mintage of these coins covers the monarchs in the House of Stuarts and the Hanoverians.
